Description
This beautiful newly renovated villa in the heart of Provence, a 6-minute walk from the center of Flayosc, can accommodate 6 people in all comfort.

Villa Jardin Verdoyant invites you to spend your holiday in style. This well-finished villa, on the edge of the village, is south-oriented and has an ideal outdoor environment. Attached to the house is a covered terrace with a good dining table and a relaxing area with rattan sofas. The terrace turns into an open terrace and a few steps lower the natural stone swimming pool terrace with enough sun loungers for the whole group and a parasol.
The mosaic swimming pool of 9 by 5 meters has just been constructed and has an electric shutter for the safety of the children. From the corner of the pool, some Roman steps ensure easy entry into the water. There is also an outdoor shower.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers, vines, herbs and about 30 olive trees. There is plenty of room for children to play on the lawn and there is also a swing/slide. You can park next to the house at the front door, because there is a separate driveway with an automatic gate opener (with remote control), or in the private spaces on the road, in front of the gate to the garage. The garage is closed for use.
The house is very bright inside due to the many windows that open onto the surrounding terraces. The living room has a large dining table, reading area, fireplace, TV and comfortable sofas. From there we walk straight to the open kitchen that has been recently installed. The kitchen has a central composite worktop with 2 bar chairs, practical for preparing a meal together or having your morning coffee. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the luxury you could wish for, such as electrical appliances, everything completely new. The American fridge/freezer also provides the ice cubes. Next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine.
The hall to the bedrooms is closed with a connecting door. The floor above is closed off for use so all bedrooms are on the ground floor. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them share a bathroom and the master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bath with shower option and a single sink. The toilet is located separately in the hallway. The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom consists of a shower, double sink and toilet.
The entire house is equipped with a centrally built-in air conditioning system.

The house is located within a short easy walking distance to town (600meters). In the village you will find several gourmet restaurants, cozy bistros, grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy and a weekly Provencal market.
Flayosc is known as one of the charming villages in the inland of the Var. You will find cozy restaurants, the local bakery, a local boutique and so on. The village has been developed in recent years with a playground, walking areas with fitness options, horse riding and all kinds of other relaxation. Not to forget the wine chateaux nearby.
And of course the surrounding villages such as Lorgues, Tourtour, Aups all with charming Provencal markets. But also a day trip to the sea, with Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez in close proximity. Or the park of the Gorges de Verdon, known for its bright blue water. Cities such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice or Cannes are also easy to visit due to the smooth connection.
