Villa Cour de Lys is a luxurious holiday home for 8 people, including 6 adults and 2 children, with a spacious private swimming pool and is located just 1 km from the bustling center of Lorgues. This beautifully furnished villa offers all the comfort and amenities you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in the heart of Provence.
The villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning, of which one bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom. The 3 other bedrooms are on the first floor and share a spacious bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a dining table for 8 persons, followed by a lovely living room with fireplace and TV. The kitchen has patio doors to the terrace and is fully equipped, including an American fridge with ice cubes and cold water
There are several seating areas to read or drink a glass of rosé and the mature plants in the garden really give you a Provence feeling. There is also a ‘jeu de boule’ court, all this makes it a wonderful villa for couples and families with and without children.

EXTERIOR
Villa Cour de Lys is wonderfully sunny located on the south-west. It is one of the residences with the longest evening sun in Lorgues. An advantage, especially in spring and autumn, because it is always just a few degrees warmer than other places in the region. The house has a lovely private swimming pool of 10m by 5m, with an outdoor shower and spacious terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy outdoor terrace with lounge set that has a view of the beautiful surroundings. Next to it is a terrace with a large 8 – seater dining table and built – in gas barbecue . The area is characterized by vineyards and olive groves. In Lorgues you will find the bakery, the large supermarkets and numerous terraces and restaurants. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must!
INTERIOR
Villa Cour de Lys is an 8-person (6 adults and 2 children) house with 4 bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. And 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, which share a spacious bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a dining table for 8 persons, followed by a lovely living room with fireplace and TV. The kitchen has patio doors to the terrace and is fully equipped, including an American fridge with ice cubes and cold water. There are two toilets on the ground floor and one the first floor.
The villa has a living space of 130 m2 and is furnished with taste. There is TV with the possibility to stream from your phone, there is a fast fiber optic internet connection(WIFI), and a bluetooth music player. The kitchen is well equipped and includes: American fridge and large freezer, stove with 5 burners, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso).
