INTERIOR
Villa Source du Bonheur is a spacious, modern villa, which is equipped with all modern conveniences where the design and the completion of the villa takes into account people with disabilities.
From the spacious hall you enter the large living / dining room with open kitchen (45m2), which through the two large sliding doors is not only light and sunny, but also offers a nice view of the garden and pool. It has a lovely sitting area with fireplace, TV, a radio / CD set with Bluetooth and USB.
The open kitchen with 4 induction hobs, hotwater quooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge and freezer is separated from the living room by a cozy dining table. Next to the kitchen a sliding door gives direct access to the large covered terrace and the garden.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a private balcony and a private bathroom with shower and sink. All bedrooms have single beds / mattresses 210×90 and ample closet space. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
The other side of the hall gives access to the master bedroom with ample closet space and a bathroom with walk-in shower / sink / toilet. Behind this bedroom is a fourth bedroom to be found, which could possibly be used as a nursery. Behind it is a bathroom that is fully equipped for people with physical disabilities. For more information about these facilities we would like to bring you in contact with the owner, who is all too willing to inform you.
EXTERIOR
Villa Source du Bonheur has ample parking outside and in the garage. There is a charging point for electric vehicles. The house is situated on a flat terrain of 4000m2 and has a beautiful landscaped garden, which exudes an exotic Provencal atmosphere. The garden has recently been surrounded with an electric wiring and there is an electric gate that closes the domain from the public road.
Next to the house is a lawn with trampoline where children can play and play soccer.
The heated pool is designed with a so-called tennis plateau system, which means that in addition to the deep part, there are two large plateaus of different depths where you can enjoy sunbathing, paddling or lounging. From the pool you have views over the Provencal garden with lavender and olive trees.
Around the pool you have plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and a covered terrace of 30m2 with a lovely lounge set and a large dining table for 8 people.
It is located next to the kitchen so is a perfect place to start the day, extensive lunch or enjoy the evening BBQ.
