A total renovation of the villa was completed in 2023 to provide a bright and modern kitchen and all new bathrooms. The villa was extended to add the downstairs bedroom and bathroom providing an accessible space, all on one level.
All 3 large, beautiful, bright bedrooms decorated in a rural Provencal atmosphere have their own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large open plan space with a 6-seater dining table and a lovely living room with a fireplace and TV. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, and single sink. On the first floor the second bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sink and the third bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and single sink. There are mosquito windows in the bedrooms. There is also a separate downstairs WC.
The rural olive-green kitchen has access to the terrace and is fully equipped. This includes a 4-burner induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Delonghi coffee machine.
Outside there are several sitting and eating areas around the house so everyone can find a spot for reading or relaxing in the shade. Leading from the house to the pool there is a dining area under a covered abri / terrace with a plancha available to prepare delicious dishes outdoors. The large south facing terrace has a cozy seating area and dining area with a parasol where you can gather in the evening and enjoy the local rose and food from the area. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool which is very private and not overlooked. The plants in the garden provide an attractive backdrop and really give you a Provencal feeling. There is a jeu de boules area and also a swing for the children, but what is especially nice is the space to enjoy nature in the 8,500 m2 garden amongst the olives. The garden is not completely fenced with one side adjoining the neighbours, some distance from the house, having just a simple open wire fence. Only 1 small dog is allowed at this holiday home (on request for an additional charge).

The famous winery “Chateau de la Martinette” is located on the same street as this house, 1.5 km away. There you can buy delicious wines and there is a gastronomic restaurant “La Vigna”. For culinary enthusiasts, it is a must to visit this restaurant. You eat here with a beautiful view over the vineyards of La Martinette. Also less than 5 minutes away is the famous wine chateau “Domaine Estello”. It is possible to taste and buy wine at this chateau. The beaches of the Mediterranean and the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon are only 35 km away.
Mas des Anets is just a 3-minute drive or 2 km walk from the center of the picturesque village of Lorgues. Here you can find various restaurants and cafes with cozy terraces. Don’t forget the Tuesday morning market! The beautiful Chateau de Berne with its restaurant, spa and wine tasting is 3 km from the villa. Other villages such as Flayosc, Carcès, Salernes and Cotignac can be reached within half an hour.
The area is ideal for beautiful walks, visiting wine chateaux to taste the famous light Provence rose and visiting the markets of Lorgues, Draguignan and Flayosc. The beautiful bright blue lake Lac Ste Croix is a 40-minute drive away, where various water sports are possible and the beaches of Frejus, Ste Maxime and Les Issambres are 45 minutes away.
