INTERIOR
On the ground floor you find an open-plan kitchen leading onto the living room. In the living room there is a fire place, flat screen TV, DVD and music system. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave oven, an oven, a dishwasher, an American refrigerator, a Senseo coffee machine and a wine cooler.
On the ground floor is a large bedroom with a double bed (200×160), and a bathroom with 2 wash basins, a bathtub and a shower.
On the top floor you have 2 large bedrooms with a double bed (200x 160), 1 bedroom with a double bed (200×140) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200×80). On this floor there is a second bathroom with shower and wash basin. All rooms have electric shutters.
EXTERIOR
Villa Les Diablotins is a quality, recently renovated house, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lorgues. The villa is tastefully decorated with modern interior and provides you with a lot of comfort. The villa has a heated 10x5m pool (26C), which is filled with biological water with no chloride. There is also a nice jacuzzi on the terrace. The pool has an automatic roller shutter, which gives you optimal safety, if you have little children.
There is electric gates leading up to the property which also has space to park 3 cars. The villa is placed in a quiet street just outside the centre of Lorgues (600m). The garden is south-facing and tranquil and gives you lots of privacy. There is a covered terrace and a well-equipped outside kitchen with barbecue (grill plancha) and outside shower.
