INTERIOR
La Campagne is a romantic holiday home for 12 persons. The property has a main house (4 persons), a high-quality guesthouse (2 persons), a separate studio (2 persons), a separate house (4 persons) and a private swimming pool. The property has a wifi connection.
The main house has a terrace, living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC. The living room has a large sofa, 2 armchairs, TV with international channels, radio/CD player and a fire place. The dining room has a dining table for 6 persons. The kitchen has a 2 burner gas hob, microwave oven, oven, Délonghi espresso machine, American refrigerator and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has 2 single beds of 90×200 and a private bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed of 160×200, a spacious bathtub in the bedroom and a separate toilet. There is a plancha and gas barbeque available on the terrace.
The guesthouse is reachable via steps outside the main house and has a living room, a double bed of 160×200, a bathroom with shower and wash basin and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa and a desk. The bedroom has air conditioning and there is a separate reading area with a bookcase and sofabed, so it is possible to sleep 3 persons. The guesthouse is located up from the main house.
The studio is accessible via the path along the pool and has a terrace with views over the estate, kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom. The kitchen has an induction hob, toaster, coffee maker (filter), fridge and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The living area has a sitting area with a large sofa, two chairs and a desk. The sleeping area has a double bed of 160×200 abd a baby bed and baby bath. There is air conditioning in the studio.
The separate house for 4 persons is situated next to the main house. It has a terrace, living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The dining room has a dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen has a 2 ring gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, Délonghi espresso machine and kettle. The first bedroom has a bed of 160×200, living area with sofa and TV with international channels, a bathtub and separate toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 80×200, sofa and private bathroom with shower and basin. There is air conditioning in this bedroom.
There is a separate laundry room on the premises, with two washing machines, iron, ironing board and laundry racks.

La Campagne is a beautifully renovated bastide for up to 12 people and is situated on a stunning plot of 6000 m2. The original features are restored and create a romantic atmospher
La Campagne has a private swimming pool (9x5m), a jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers. The swimming pool is fenced, ideal if you have little children.
The garden has several sitting areas and has a large 10-person dining table centrally on the terrace of the main house, where you can cook on the plancha and gas barbecue. The area has a large lawn where children can play.
The bastide is situated 2.5 km from the pleasant and picturesque village of Lorgues.

The bastide is situated between the 2 villages of Lorgues and Saint-Antonin-du-Var (on the D50) and there is some traffic audible at the bastide, but the garden and swimming pool are on the other side away from the road, so here you can enjoy the “Campagne” feeling.
The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is the ideal place to buy local products. Moreover, it is delightful to linger under the plane trees on a terrace or in a charming restaurant.
If you wish to explore the coast, a day trip to Saint-Maxime or Saint-Tropez is possible, both less than an hour’s drive away. The Verdon Natural Park and Lake Sainte Croix are also well worth a visit.
