INTERIOR
Villa Fleur de la Lys is a comfortable holiday home for 6 persons, located about 1200 meters from the Provençal village of Salernes.
The house has a spacious living room with sitting area, fire place, flat screen TV with international channels, DVD player and IPod player. In the dining area of the living room you will find a large 6 person dining table and patio doors opening up onto the terrace with beautiful views over the valley. Part of the terrace is covered. A lovely lounge set is located here, a perfect place for an aperitif in the evening sun. Throughout the house there is WiFi internet.
There is a spacious open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub, shower and basin. In the hall there is a separate toilet. From the hall a large staircase leads up to the master bedroom offering a private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. This room also has a balcony with a beautiful view over the valley.
There is a cot, a baby bathtub and a high chair available and toys for children. The entire house is heated with electric heating. The villa also has a washing machine , a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
EXTERIOR
Villa Fleur de la Lys is set on a plot of 900m2. The villa is semi-detached, joint to another house by the garages. Even so, there is a lot of privacy with this property The house has a separate front garden with a lovely terrace, where you can eat outside in the evening sun. Here you will find rocking chairs, a dining table with 6 chairs and a BBQ.
The villa offers beautiful views over the hills. The front garden can be closed off from the backyard, where the pool (heated on request) is located. So for children there is no free access to the pool from the garden. The swimming pool (9.5×4.5m) is free form with a shallow beach part, this is great for kids to play in. There are two parking places on-site. The property is completely enclosed by a fence.
The property is located 1200 meters from the center of Salernes. There is a shortcut, so you can walk to the town center in about 15 min walk. The center, with its shops and bakeries is only 3 minutes by car.
