This authentic villa is located on a land of 3000 m². You enter the domain through a wrought iron gate where there is parking for up to 5 cars. The Provencal style of the house, with its round facade, immediately catches the eye.

A stylish front door gives access to the entrance that leads to the living area. This space consists of the kitchen with a central cooking island and a spacious breakfast table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you could wish for during a holiday, including a dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and all smaller necessities. To the right is the sitting area with comfortable sofas and television. The height of the room, with its wooden vault, makes everything very bright. Adjacent to the living space, in the round wing of the house, there is a large multipurpose room with an office area.

From here there is a round staircase to a bedroom on the first floor. The bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a steel wall with glass. From the bedroom you reach a sunny, completely private roof terrace. Lovely to wake up in the morning with a coffee in your hand.

Back in the living room downstairs, you walk to your right into a second sleeping area. First you have a spacious bathroom with stylish built-in cupboards, a spacious sink, toilet, integrated bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is open to the bedroom and has as well a high ceiling. A double bed is central to the room and overlooks the garden and covered terrace. French doors lead directly to that terrace.

On the other side of the living area you have a third sleeping area with first a long central corridor with built-in cupboards over the full length. There is plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, connect to this corridor but also to the terrace on the other side. There is a communal bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink. In the hallway you will find a separate toilet.

All rooms have a bed of 160 x 200 cm. The whole house has an electrically controlled roller shutter system to keep the heat out and to darken the rooms. Moreover, the sun does not shine directly inside, as there is a covered terrace area on the south of the house, so there is no need for air conditioning.

Once outside you see the grandeur of the house with its various covered terraces. There is a dining table for 8 people, a gas BBQ, a breakfast table and at the end there is a fully integrated lounge area. Lovely to chat with your company until the late hours.

The large swimming pool is centrally located in the garden and measures 11 m by 5 m. The depth changes from approximately 1 m to 2 m. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available to fully enjoy the good climate and the view over the valley!

There is also a boules area for enthusiasts and a table tennis.
