Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a sun-drenched 2,000 m² garden filled with fragrant Provençal herbs, lavender, and olive trees, a large private swimming pool measuring 10 × 5 m, and an inviting terrace with comfortable sun loungers. This is the ideal setting for long summer days of swimming, relaxing with a glass of rosé, and enjoying shared meals under the stars.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 4 charming bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully spread across the ground floor and first floor. The bright living area with open-plan kitchen invites you to cook together, enjoy pre-dinner drinks, and spend cozy game nights by the fireplace.

The road to Villa Les Papillons is easily accessible. Behind the entrance gate it is possible to park with 3 or 4 cars. There is a dedicated outdoor power socket to charge your car.
The beautiful large swimming pool with a wide walk-in staircase, the good quality sun loungers and the comfortable lounge sitting corner immediately set the tone for a top holiday.
When we walk in from the garden, we enter a spacious living room with open kitchen. Two comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs and a cozy fireplace form the sitting area where you can watch television in peace. Behind the sitting area is a dining table for 6 people to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen itself is equipped with an induction hob (5 burners), oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all kinds of cooking utensils. In the utility room we find the washing machine and ironing board, very practical!
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, two of 180 x 200 cm and two of 160 x 200 cm. The two bathrooms both have a toilet, shower and sink. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway upon entrance.

Villa Les Papillons is close to the beautiful waterfall of Sillans-La-Cascade and the caves of Villecroze. The pleasant village center of Villecroze, with a beautifully landscaped village square and wonderful restaurants and terraces, is 2.5 km away.
The villa is very centrally located. The natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon can be reached in a 30 to 40 minute drive. The beaches on the Côte d’Azur can be reached within 50 minutes and the beautiful Provencal villages of Aups, Salernes, Lorgues, Flayosc and Tourtour can all be reached within 20 minutes.

Goed comfortniveau
Wij zijn erg gesteld op een bepaald comfortniveau van een huis. Les Papillons heeft dit. Een fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. In voor- en najaar is het niet vervelend om ‘s-avonds binnen te zitten.
Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten op de veranda of bij het zwembad. Het huis ligt in een wijkje met diverse huizen in de buurt. Toch hebben wij geen drukte ervaren. Bij de buren lopen wel twee hanen en die hoor je.
Mooie woning
Voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten, ook vr de honden.
Wel 2 storende hanen bij de buren..
Heerlijk huis en een fijn zwembad
Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een goede vibe. Aan het einde van de dag gezellig borrelen aan het zwembad. Op de veranda is het heerlijk vertoeven in de avond. Kortom een zalig huis!!!
Nb het restaurantje op 50 meter lopen was een verrassing , zo hoef je niet elke avond te koken.

Dank je! Ook voor de vino 😀👍🏻. Nou, van alle plekjes in de var waar we geweest zijn heeft jullie huis voor ons 10 punten, leuke omgeving, hondvriendelijk, mensen in de buurt vriendelijk. Mimounia (Tourtour) is een aanrader. O ja, de beheerder is ook erg service gericht en vriendelijk. Dus … zou best kunnen dat we weer terugkomen als we weer Var/France doen. Als dat mag 😀
