Villa Le Chêne Blanc is a charming, recently built villa in traditional Provençal style, for 8 people (with an extention possible for some children). The property features authentic touches such as terracotta floors and a cozy fireplace, giving the house a warm and welcoming character.
The villa is set on a plot of 2,200 m² and offers plenty of privacy and peace. The beautifully landscaped garden includes a private swimming pool (heated upon request), a pétanque court, and a comfortable pool house with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen – perfect for enjoying long summer evenings outside.
Despite its very quiet setting with no through traffic, the lively village of Lorgues is just 2 km away. Here you’ll find bakeries, supermarkets, cozy cafés and a variety of good restaurants. Don’t miss the well-known Provençal market on Tuesday mornings.

EXTERIOR
From the living room, you step onto a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast. Adjacent to the terrace, you’ll find the slightly lower situated pool of 10 by 5 meters, with 5 large walkin stairs, and a beautiful pool house, perfect for aperitifs and barbecues. The pool house features a comfortable lounge area, an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, gas barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
Around the pool, there’s ample space for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers, and parasols provide necessary shade. The garden is partially enclosed with a fence and well-maintained with various plants, including lavender and oleander. At the rear of the house, there is a play area for children with a small lawn and a petanque court.
The swimming pool can be heated on request during spring and autumn, at an additional cost.
INTERIOR
Villa Le Chene Blanc features a spacious living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and a television. Adjacent to the living room is a Provencal kitchen equipped with all conveniences: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, and a gas/electric stove.
On the first floor, there are 3 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a generous bed with an ensuite bathroom, including a double sink and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom.
The spacious, newly completed studio serves as a family room and features a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed with three single beds. Therefore, the occupancy can be increased from 8 to 11 people by allowing 3 children (up to a maximum age of 12) to sleep in the bunk bed, with an additional charge of €75 per child per week.
The studio also has a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. It has its own private entrance.
There is a small kitchen area with a coffee machine and a fridge.
The entire house is equipped with floor cooling/heating, which is not the same as traditional air conditioning, but it certainly makes the indoor climate much more pleasant. Additionally, mobile air conditioning units are also available.

The villa is peacefully located with no through traffic, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Yet the lively market town of Lorgues is just 2 km away. From the property, you can easily reach the town centre where you’ll find several bakeries, supermarkets, and charming restaurants.
Activities
The region offers a wide range of activities such as pedal boating, horse riding, canoeing, beautiful hikes, climbing, golfing, quad biking, and gliding. Thanks to its central location and the many picturesque Provençal villages nearby, this area is perfect for wonderful day trips.
In Lorgues, you’ll find all the necessary amenities including shops, local markets, and excellent restaurants. Beach lovers can reach Sainte-Maxime or Fréjus in just 40 minutes.
Nice (airport) is about a 60-minute drive. The famous seaside town of Saint-Tropez is 55 minutes away, and the student city of Aix-en-Provence can be reached within 1.5 hours. Also nearby are the stunning Gorges du Verdon (45 minutes), Lake Sainte-Croix and the beautiful lavender fields – all well worth a visit.
