This beautiful and attractively furnished villa with private pool is detached on a plot of 5000m2 and offers 160m2 living space, which guarantees a lot of living space both indoors and outdoors.

Through the front door you enter the hall, which gives access to the living / dining room and kitchen. Both living room and kitchen have sliding doors to the terrace where there is a beautiful view of the pool and the valley. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances including ceramic stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge / freezer with ice maker and filter, Nespresso coffee maker. Adjacent is the dining room and living room with a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV (International channels) DVD and stereo / CD player There is a large dining table for 8 people both inside the living room and outside on the covered terrace.
On the ground floor there are three spacious double bedrooms, two with large double beds of 220x180cm and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a bed of 160 * 200cm. These three rooms all have their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There are 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is an extra folding bed in this room, so it would be suitable for 9 people.

The holiday home Villa les Aludes is situated on a private property of 5000m2 and has a (heated) private swimming pool of about 10x5m (the depth is about 1,80m). It has an overflow and a wide walk-in staircase. The pool can be heated at an additional cost from mid May to June and in September. In the summer months of July and August, the water already has a wonderful temperature of its own!

Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a lovely covered terrace with a large dining table with sliding door. There is also a large gas barbecue available. The house is located on a southern slope, just above the village Tourtour. The garden around the house is neatly laid out. The rest of the garden is woodland, so there is optimal privacy.

The house has a convenient location near the charming Provencal village Tourtour (900m). Tourtour is in the top 10 of most beautiful villages in the South of France. This charming village offers all kinds of activities in the summer months. There are several restaurants, terraces, shops, a bakery, butcher, wine cooperative and playground. In the village of Aups are the big supermarkets. These can be reached in 10 minutes.
The environment is very beautiful through the hills and many vineyards and olive groves. The advantage of this location is that there are sufficient activities within a radius of a few kilometers and there are enough shops to find. And after a busy day, you can relax in the silence on your private terrace or at the private swimming pool. Lac de St. Croix at the Gorges du Verdon is a beautiful lake, from where you can canoe in the rugged gorges. The journey to it, 15 km, is a must!
The Mediterranean Sea is about 50 km away. Frejus is 45 minutes and Sainte Maxime is 55 minutes away. These are the nearest beaches. In Aix en Provence you are in 55 minutes. The airports of Nice, Toulon and Marseille are easily accessible. Toulon and Nice can be reached within 1 hour.

The lovers of nature and hiking will enjoy themselves here. We also recommend cycling and walking in the vicinity between the vineyards.

At Lac St. Croix you can enjoy swimming, canoeing, hiking and for the real daredevils there is possibility to bungee jump or raft. At Carcès and in Roquebrune there are boarding places for canoeing on the river Argens. And in the area you can make beautiful horseback riding trips. The Gorges du Verdon is a half hour drive away. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

In the villages of Tourtour, Lorgues, Flayosc, Aups, Cotignac as well as in Draguignan there are various terraces, restaurants and nice shops under the ancient plane trees.
In Tourtour we can recommend La Bastide, with a magnificant view or La Table.

You can also go for your daily groceries. The weekly Tuesday morning market Lorgues is a must for gourmets, but also the surrounding villages all have their own weekly market with local products and ready-made regional dishes.
