The eight or nine person house has a spacious living space of 195 m2 and is tastefully decorated. The house is located on an area of 2600 m2, which is completely fenced and has a private pool, facing south.

Layout of the house:
Entrance, bright living room overlooking the pool and garden. The living room includes a dining and seating area with fireplace and access to the open kitchen. There is TV with multiple international channels, a DVD player, a radio / CD player and of course Wi-Fi Internet.

The kitchen is well equipped and the following items are present: large refrigerator and freezer, stove with four induction burners, oven / grill, microwave, dishwasher (small model) and coffee (filter and Senseo).
On the ground floor you will find a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom has a large walk-in dressing.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Also there is an extra pull out bed available in this room. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a double bed and fitted wardrobe and share a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are on the first floor.
There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two cots and two highchairs available.
All bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and every room has at least one window with a insect screen.

Les Delices du Sud is a very charming and attractive eight-person (9 persons on request) villa with beautiful view over the Estello wine estate. The grounds, house and pool are completely private. Les Delices du Sud is the upper house with entrance gate, so there is absolutely privacy. Next to the house is a spacious parking place with room for two cars and also one covered parking place. The property is completely fenced and measures 2600m2. The house has a wonderful private and heated swimming pool with an outdoor shower and spacious enclosed terrace. There are several seating areas for reading or drinking a glass of rosé and the mature planting in the garden gives you a real feeling of the Provence. All this makes it a great for couples and families with and without children. There is a table tennis table and jeu de boules court provided. From the kitchen, living room and bedroom there are patio doors to the garden. The kitchen adjoins a cozy outdoor dining area with a dining table overlooking the pool terrace. There is a large parasol at the pool and 2 covered terraces wich gives plenty of shade.

The house is located in a quiet area and there is complete privacy. Les Delices du Sud is located in the rural area around Lorgues, 1 kilometer from the center of Lorgues, so walking distance of the bakery, but the first part at the house is quite steep. Vineyards and olive trees characterize the surroundings. In Lorgues you will find bakeries, large supermarkets and numerous terraces and restaurants. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must!

The beaches on the Mediterranean sea and the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon are only 35 km away. In Lorgues and the surrounding medieval villages you will find interesting antiquities but also the attractive antique markets, you can feel the atmosphere of terraces below the characteristic ancient plane trees and the hospitable restaurateur with his famous Provencal cuisine.

The area has attractive possibilities for lovers of golf, hiking, canoeing, swimming, sailing, horseback riding.

Numerous bistros and restaurants in the area. We recommend the famous restaurant Bruno at Lorgues, known for its truffle-based specialities. The atmospheric café terraces are just the place to enjoy a glass of rosé under shady plane trees. There are plenty of local vineyards where the owners are happy to give you a tasting of their wines.
