Located in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this property is the perfect base for antiques or nature lovers.
This is the Venice of Provence!
The house is a connected villa but has complete privacy, both inside and outside. It is an old mas or farm that has been renovated to offer great comfort to a group of 6 people.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a warm interior. Patio doors give access to the covered terrace. Linked to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, with old beams in the ceiling and authentic vaults. The wood extends into the kitchen cabinets and doors. From here you have a beautiful view of the landscaped garden and access to the terrace.
The 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms each have a double bed of 160 x 200 m and each has a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. One of the bathrooms also has a bath. The interior remains unique while retaining beautiful older details.
The garden is landscaped with several dining and sitting areas. From the covered terrace where you can enjoy a long meal, a wooden lounge corner with cushions and the BBQ corner to the cozy swimming pool of 4 by 2 meter with seating area, there is something new to see everywhere.
In addition, you step with your feet directly into the side channel of the La Sorgue if you want the water at your feet. There is a kayak that can be used by visitors and so you leave directly at the house for an exploration of the area, over the water.
Also for sports enthusiasts, there are 3 bicycles available.
A range of possibilities for a beautiful holiday!
Mas des Chineurs is located around the village of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, named after the river, La Sorgue, which flows through the village with several side channels. It is therefore sometimes called the Venice of Provence and is the place-to-be for antique lovers. The weekly Sunday market is a real tourist attraction for the region.
Avid hikers will also be more than happy, in the middle of the natural beauty of the Vaucluse, with waterfalls and historic castles in the area. Too many to mention.
