Payment of the rental fee and deadlines

When you have booked your holiday rental, you get a copy of the contract with an overview of the costs associated with the reservation. After you have submitted your booking request, you will receive the contract, where you can see the specification of the costs and the payment deadline(s). The payment is asked for in two instalments. The first payment is a deposit of 25% of the total within one week of booking. The final 75% is payable at the latest 2 months before arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, the full rental fee is requested at the time of booking.On all bookings of Q Home a one-time booking fee is applicable, of 75 Euros per booking.
