INTERIOR
This detached villa is situated on a 8000m2 plot with a private swimming pool. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of six people. Despite the number of bedrooms, the house is no longer rented out for eight people.
The house has been decorated in a country style and has three double bedrooms with queen size beds (one time 180×200 and two times 160x200m) and the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, oven, fridge, Delonghi Espresso machine, Senseo coffee machine etc.) From the kitchen you have direct access onto the covered terrace with a large dining table and comfortable chairs.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a fridge-freezer. A staircase in the living room leads up to the first floor, where you will find a second living room with television and play station (doubling as DVD-player). The fourth bedroom has a mobile air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom.
EXTERIOR
The Provençale villa, La Sauvagine, is suitable for 6 people and has a private and heated 8x4m swimming pool, which is fully fenced and has an alarm. There is a possibility to heat the pool in Spring and Autumn for 50 € per week. In July and August the pool already has a lovely temperature itself. There is an electric entrance gate and sufficient place to park 3 cars at least on the property.
Around the pool is a large paved terrace with plenty of sun-loungers and from the covered terrace near the pool you can enjoy the stunning views. A spacious covered terrace in connection with the kitchen provides ample shade and has a large dining table seating ten people. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. On the grounds several sitting areas have been created in the garden, both in sun and shade. There is a jeu de boules court, outdoor kitchen and a ping-pong table available at your leisure.
La Sauvagine is located in very peaceful surroundings, 2 kms from Lorgues. You can be at the famous Tuesday Provençal market in Lorgues in less than 5 minutes. In the village you will find a lot of welcoming cafés and restaurants, shops and supermarkets are close by.
