Vue du Colombaille

is a wonderful holiday villa for 6, 4 or 2 people with 3 bedrooms, located in the residential area above Draguignan. It has a spacious private pool and stunning views of the city and the surrounding hills, both day and night!  This cozy and comfortable house has two bedrooms and a bathroom in the main house. Next to the main house there is a guest house with bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom. The spacious pool has a shallow beach where kids can play wonderfully, and a pool house with toilet and shower. The garden is south facing and there are several terraces around the house where you can enjoy a glass of rosé!

The house has been completely renovated in the spring of 2018 and therefore equipped with all modern conveniences. Nevertheless, attention has been paid to retaining the authentic elements such as the beautiful wooden staircase and the beautiful Provencal kitchen.

The house is located in a quiet area and within a few minutes drive by car, you are in the center of Draguignan. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the city of Draguignan. The ideal location to enjoy a wonderful holiday!

INTERIOR

Vue du Colombaille is a wonderful holiday villa for 6, 4 or 2 people in the villa district located above Draguignan. The villa has a private pool and stunning views over the city and the surrounding hills. This cozy and comfortable house is divided as follows:

There is a bright dining room with a large dining table from where you have a nice view of the garden and surrounding hills. There are doors opening onto the terrace from the dining room. The terrace is also equipped with a large dining table, some lounge chairs and a BBQ. In the summer, the trees provide the necessary shade on the terrace. Next to the dining room there is a spacious open kitchen. This is fully equipped including 3-burner gas stove with 1 electric pit, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Senseo and filter coffee maker. There is also a conservatory with sitting area where you can enjoy a good book and the beautiful view of Draguignan. This makes the house also perfect to enjoy spring and autumn.

On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and a single sink. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a guest toilet here. There is an air conditioning unit in the hall that cools the bedrooms upstairs. There are also fans in both bedrooms

Adjacent to the house, there is also a guest house. In the guest house is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet. There is a fitted wardrobe for your clothes. The guest house has air conditioning. An extra folding bed (90 * 190cm) can be added for a seventh guest. This guest house will be closed when the villa is rented for 4 people.

EXTERIOR

Vue du Colombaille owes its name to the beautiful view that the villa offers over the surrounding hills and the city of Draguignan. It is stunning during the day but also in the night!  The villa is situated on a 1500m2 plot that is completely fenced. On the terrace you have a big outdoor dining area. The BBQ is next to the terrace. During the summer months the trees offer natural shade on the terrace.

On the lower terrace is the swimming pool with organic shape. The pool is 10×5.6 meters at its widest point. There is a pool house with toilet and shower and there is an outdoor shower as well. The pool has a shallow beach of about 2 meters where kids can play wonderfully. There is also an alarm in the pool so it is safe with small children. A nice game of jeu de boules will not be forgotten, because a new course has been built. The garden is south facing so you can enjoy the sun all day on one of the several terraces or on the sun beds by the pool. There is enough parking space for several cars at parking area.

On the hill itself, Le Malmont, you will find many mountain bike tracks for lovers of the sport. The house is located in a quiet area and within a few minutes drive by car, you are in the center of Draguignan. In Draguignan you will find several bakeries, supermarkets, nice cafés and bars, and several restaurants offering all fresco dining.
