INTERIOR
Step inside and you are welcomed into an elegant and warm living environment where space, light and comfort take centre stage. Noble materials such as wood, natural stone and travertine, combined with a refined interior design, create a calm and natural atmosphere. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a seamless connection with the outdoors. The villa is also fully air-conditioned, making it ideal during warm summer days.
The spacious living room is the heart of the home and gives access via a staircase to the mezzanine with two additional sleeping places — perfect for children or teenagers. The fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances invites you to cook together and enjoy long dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical laundry room with, among other things, a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. For extra indoor fun, a babyfoot table is also available.
The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, several of which have their own bathroom. One bedroom has an open bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and one bedroom is ideal as a family room thanks to additional sleeping spaces on a mezzanine. An extra bathroom with shower and toilet completes the layout, ensuring maximum comfort for larger groups.

The villa is set on a 4,000 m² plot and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, you can truly enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The spacious terrace and the covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture invite you to spend long summer evenings outdoors. There is a gas barbecue for convivial dinners under the open sky, a pétanque court for fun and relaxation, and plenty of space to enjoy nature and the peaceful setting.
The swimming pool is the true centrepiece of outdoor life. Thanks to the walk-in steps, you can easily enter the water, making the pool extra comfortable for both young and old. Around the pool, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and unwind while enjoying the calm atmosphere and stunning views. Whether you start your day with a refreshing swim, float lazily in the afternoon, or enjoy a drink by the water in the evening — this is the perfect place to experience the real Provence feeling.
Villa Sud is an ideal base to explore Provence. Around 45 minutes away, you will find the spectacular Gorges du Verdon and the crystal-clear Lac de Sainte-Croix, perfect for a day surrounded by nature. The Abbey of Le Thoronet (20 min) and the Sillans waterfall (25 min) are also highly recommended.
For a day trip to the coast, Sainte-Maxime can be reached in approximately 50 minutes and Saint-Tropez in around 1 hour and 10 minutes. Nearby, you will discover charming villages such as Tourtour (20 min) and of course the famous Provençal market in Lorgues, held every Tuesday morning. Gastronomy and wine lovers will feel right at home here, with the renowned truffle chef Bruno close by and many vineyards and châteaux in the area offering wine tastings.
