Villa Saint Paul de Vence is a hidden gem quietly nestled within the historic ramparts of the captivating, fortified village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Nestled within a lush 5500 square meter garden, the villa features a magnificent large swimming pool, accessible via a private road. The unique architecture, including a retractable roof, adds a touch of exclusivity.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, the villa offers spacious and elegant living spaces. All linens, including plush pool towels, are included in the price. A dedicated cleaner visits four times a week for 3-4 hours, ensuring your stay is always pristine. Bed linens are refreshed weekly. Utilities and final cleaning are also part of the package. If additional cleaning is needed, it can be arranged for an extra fee of 25 euros per hour.
During the months of March, April, and November, a special reduced rate is available for rentals of up to 8 guests. In this case, 2 bedrooms will be closed off. The prices for 12 guests are listed in the calendar, while the rates for 8 guests are detailed in the “detailed description” section.

The villa is 450 m² in size with a 5500 m² garden and spectacular views of the village and the sea. It is perfect for a larger group of up to 12 people.
This fantastic contemporary property consists of a large living space with 2 sitting rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 6 ensuite bedrooms, each with direct access to a balcony or terrace, a very large swimming pool (18 x 8 meters) with sun loungers and parasols all around and a large sunny terrace to relax and enjoy a delicious meal together.
The living area has two levels. The main area seats 12 people, open to the terrace. The lower living area seats 4-5 people, and opens to an area leading to the pool.
The kitchen has a bar with stools where you can sit together and have a drink while cooking. There is an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, professional espresso machine and ice maker.
There is a charcoal-based BBQ just outside the kitchen with access to the main terrace.
There are 6 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each with a double bed. Four of these are located on the top floor of which a master suite, two rooms with sea view and one room with garden view, each with a balcony. The other two bedrooms, also with double beds, are on the ground floor with terraces. All rooms have a mini fridge, flat screen TV, air conditioning, DVD and safe. All beds can always be made up as twin beds on request.
The master bedroom is a spacious suite consisting of 2 rooms on 2 different levels, one of which is the bedroom, with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other a lower sitting area, which leads to a balcony through a sliding glass door. From the sitting room you have a great view of the village and the sea. There is a very large bathroom with two sinks, toilet and bidet, an extra large bath and separate shower. Here too there is a beautiful view of the village.
There are two rooms, each with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and sea view on the first floor. These rooms each have a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with views of the village and the sea. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and a toilet and bidet.
The 4th bedroom also has a king size bed and overlooks the side of the villa towards the countryside. Again there is a sliding glass door that leads to a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and bidet.
At the garden level there is a 5th bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). Here the sliding glass door leads to a terrace from where you can go directly to the pool. The bathroom has a shower and sink.
On the ground floor there is also a suite consisting of 2 rooms. The sitting room has a very comfortable lounge chair, great for sitting and reading, and a table with stools. The bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200 cm) also opens onto the terrace with direct access to the pool and garden. The bathroom has a sink and bath with shower.
Price for 8 persons

The villa is located at walking distance (500m) from the old village.
The villa has fantastic views from the upper bedrooms and also from the large terrace overlooking the pool. It is oriented to the south with on the left the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and in front the Mediterranean Sea, including Cap d’Antibes. On the right side there is a view of the hills, including the next village of La Colle sur Loup.
The nearest restaurant is about 100 meters from the villa and there are many more cozy restaurants in the village and the surrounding area. There is a bakery at about 100 meters from the villa. There is guest book with information about shops and recommended restaurants in the area.
St Paul is ideally located to visit the highlights of the Riviera, from Menton in the east to Cannes in the west, including Monaco, Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins. There are also various medieval villages on the surrounding hilltops like Eze, Vence, Tourettes-sur-Loup, Gourdon, Mougins, Biot.
Just a short walk from the villa you will find the world famous Maeght Foundation museum and the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with its ubiquitous art galleries, charming shops and many restaurants.
