INTERIOR
Villa Romarin is a spacious and cozy house of 190m2 for up to 11 people on a fenced private property of 4000m2. The house is spacious and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Villa Romarin is located in a quiet dead end street at about 1.2 km walking distance from the Provençal village of Carces. The house is equipped with all comforts and has a beautiful living and dining room with fireplace and view of the garden and pool. There are sliding doors to the terrace. There is also a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV (French channels), DVD player and music system. There are various board games and many books available. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and filter and Senseo coffee maker. There is a separate room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also 2 child seats.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. There is a very spacious bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and a shower room with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and a private bathroom with bath and single sink. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, with separate mattresses of 90 cm. The mattresses have an outer size length (2m10 instead of 2m). This bedroom has its own typical Provencal terrace and its own shower room with walk-in shower and single sink. Also upstairs there is a toilet in the hallway.
To beat the heat there are mobile fans available in every bedroom!
EXTERIOR
Villa Romarin has a fully fenced garden of 4000m2 with a large private heated swimming pool of 4 x 11 m. The garden and swimming pool are south facing. In the spring and autumn the swimming pool can be heated. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols to relax at the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and both a built-in coal barbecue and a gas barbecue available to prepare a delicious meal. There is a large lawn near the house, so that small children can play there. There is also a jeu de boules court and ping pong table in the garden! There is sufficient parking space available for 6 cars.
This villa enjoys a very quiet location on a dead end road. The house is located 1.2 kilometers from the village of Carces, where you will find the bakery, butcher, several supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provençal markets. Recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues.
The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon and Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.
