The holiday home is located on a private estate of 5300m2 and features a fenced and heated private pool of 10x5m. The well-maintained garden is divided into playful terraces, and Villa Magali has a petanque court, table tennis, swing, and slide. Around the pool, there are comfortable sun loungers and plenty of parasols. On the covered terrace, there are several seating areas, a large dining table, and a gas barbecue. From the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley. The pool is heated from the end of April, except in July and August when the pool water naturally reaches a delightful temperature.
The property is strategically located between the three Provençal villages of Lorgues, Salernes, and Villecroze. The village center of Villecroze and Salernes is respectively 4 and 7 km away, Lorgues about 10 km. The area is characterized by hills, vineyards, and olive groves.
INTERIOR
Holiday home Villa Magali has 3 large bedrooms with airconditioning and is suitable for 6 people (with the possibility for 8 people). The holiday home is located on a private estate of 5300m2 and features a heated private pool. Villa Magali is spacious, a bright house, and tastefully decorated.
Layout: entrance, there is a spacious open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a separate freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining room with a large dining table and French doors to the covered terrace. The dining room transitions into the living room with a beautiful fireplace, large flat-screen TV (including Dutch channels), Chromecast, DVD, stereo, WiFi internet, and again French doors to the terrace. From both the dining area and the living room, you have a view of the valley, stretching far beyond Salernes.
From the living room, access to the hall with 2 spacious bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with a double bed and 2 x 1 single beds. All with airconditioning! Beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, bidet, and a separate toilet. From the bathtub, you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains behind the house.
Attached to the holiday home is a separate studio with a beautiful bedroom (30m2), French doors to the terrace, a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a washing machine in the studio. In front of the holiday home are spacious tiled sun terraces with roll-out sunscreens for the hot hours. The main house and the studio are both on one level and have their own entrance. The main house and studio are always rented together, and the grounds and pool are completely private.
Via stairs, you reach the lower-level pool of 10x5m, which can be heated upon request, with a tiled terrace all around. The pool is completely lockable with wrought iron fencing. Villa Magali is particularly suitable for a family with children and grandparents or two friendly couples.

There is lots to do and see in the area: Le Thoronet abbey, the Gorges du Verdon, the lake of Sainte Croix, St Tropez, St Raphaël, Cannes, Nice, even Monaco. For the sports lover there is golf, cycling or mountain-biking, walking, bathing, swimming and canoeing.
In the neighborhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, cycling, riding , water sports, tennis , mountain climbing, hang-gliding, para-gliding.
RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE
Many typical local bistros and restaurants in the area. Lots of café terraces under the plane trees in the lovely medieval villages nearby. You can taste and buy wines of the region directly at the vineyards.

The location in the triangle of the three beautiful Provençal villages means that within a few kilometers, there are always plenty of activities taking place. And after a busy day, you can relax in the silence on your own terrace. The Mediterranean Sea is approximately 45 km away. Lac de St. Croix in the Gorges du Verdon is a beautiful lake from where you can canoe through the rugged Gorges. The trip there, 25 km, is recommended! Aix en Provence is 55 minutes away. The airports of Nice, Toulon, and Marseille are easily accessible

Heerlijk huis, maar voor deze prijs mag je wel betere afwerking en upgrade van apparatuur verwachten.
Heerlijk huis met goede sfeer. Super zwembad. Enige minpunt is de afwerking en wat verouderde apparatuur. Voor deze prijs waren bv. airco (op z’n minst moderne ventilatoren), muggen horren en afgewerkte douchecabine niet raar geweest.

Lovely house with a nice heated pool, with a very friendly and helpfull care taker.

Heerlijk huis met veel buiten ruimte en ruimte in de living. Er zijn twee slaapkamers in de woning en een in de studio grenzend aan het huis.

Het is voor ons al de derde vakantie die wij boekten bij q home. Voor het eerst bij het boekingsproces mogen ervaren, dat het huis waar onze voorkeur in die week naar uitging, ineens toch weg bleek te zijn terwijl we wel gewoon konden boeken. Gelukkig hebben we onze vakantieperiode kunnen verzetten. Verder was het weer een mooi huis, goed onderhouden en een fijn contact ter plaatse. We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen.
