Villa Les Fenouilleres this fantastic, spacious modern villa for 8 people is located in Ventabren, not far from Aix-en-Provence (15 km). A wonderful location, due to its central location in the middle of the Provence, to discover both the exciting city of Aix, the Luberon and the beautiful coast around Marseille. The villa is spacious, contemporary and luxuriously furnished. The Villa has many comfortable seating areas both inside and outside, where you can enjoy reading a beautiful book whilst listing to the singing of the birds and crickets.
Together with the beautiful large pool of 6 by 12 meters, this is a great villa for a very relaxing holiday.
The villa is located 8 km from the nearest exit of the A8 which makes it possible to reach the cities like Marseille, Salon-de-Provence, Arles and Avignon within an hour.
INTERIOR
Villa les Fenouilleres is a fantastic, spacious, modern villa suitable for 8 persons. The villa is located in Ventabren not far from the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence (15 km). A lovely holiday home to discover both the city of Aix and the beautiful coastline around Marseille.
The villa is generously designed, contemporary and luxuriously furnished. The house has many comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside with lots of fine art. Special is the way in which the terraces are in unity with the living room; through large sliding doors you enter to the partly covered terraces where you can relax on a hot summer day.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa near the fireplace, a large dining table, flat screen TV and an Apple TV for streaming your own films. There is also a SONOS installation for streaming your favourite music. Next to the living room you will find a separate kitchen. The kitchen is luxurious and modern. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker (4 fields), a toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Your holiday residence has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor with a bathroom en suite. This bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Here you will also find the second bathroom with a spacious shower, double sink and toilet. The house has central heating so that it is also an ideal holiday home in the early or late season. The villa has a total of 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
EXTERIOR
Villa Les Fenouilleres is located on a large plot of 10,300 m2. The garden is completely fenced. Through a gate, operated by remote control, you arrive at the house. The villa is situated only 1 km from the bakery and 2 km from the charming village of Ventabren.
The terraces around the villa are partly covered, very generous and luxurious. With a beautiful wooden floor and cosy sitting area, it is a wonderful place to spend a lazy morning / afternoon. You will also find a large dining table here, a fridge and a Plancha on which you can prepare delicious meals outdoors.
There are comfortable sun loungers around the generous swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters. Next to the swimming pool, which slopes down to 2.5 meters deep, are large trees which provide nice shady spots. There is also a hammock for a well-deserved afternoon nap. For the children there are things to play with, such as a ping pong table. Adjacent to the landscaped garden is a Mediterranean garden with olive trees and cosy seating areas, such as a picnic table. Next to the house there is ample parking for various cars.
