This holiday home with a fenced swimming pool has a particularly attractive interior and is perfectly situated on a large private property in the hinterland of the Côte d’Azur.
Yet it is only 45 minutes away from the beautiful seaside town of La Ciotat. If you like to play golf, this is also the place to be; the beautiful 18-hole course of Nans-les-Pins is only 9 km away. Approximately 2 kilometers from the house you will find the medieval village of Rougiers with the ruins of a castle from the Xth century. The villa is also close to the Sainte-Baume massif with its beautiful nature!
Your holiday residence has beautiful Provencal accents and is suitable for 8 people. The villa is classically and tastefully decorated and very well maintained.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms and these are all located on the ground floor.
There is a large fenced swimming pool of 11.5 by 5.5 meters and a beautifully landscaped garden with many places to read a book in the shade.
INTERIOR
Villa le Rougier is a beautiful villa with many typical Provencal details.
A beautiful well-equipped open kitchen with every comfort you might want. There is a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with 4 burners, a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a large separate oven. In the room next to the kitchen there is a fireplace, large dining table and doors to the terrace. The living room has a nice high ceiling with beams. There is a comfortable seating area, a particularly beautiful fireplace, TV, DVD, radio and sound system and WiFi. Through the French doors you have access to the garden.
All four bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with doors to the garden. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, bedroom 3 has two single beds with doors to the garden and the 4th bedroom has a large double bed with the en suite bathroom and doors to the garden.
There are 2 bathrooms in total, one of which is en-suite. This has a shower and sink. The other bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a double sink.
EXTERIOR
Villa Le Rogier is in a rural location in a wooded area and within walking distance of the local boulanger for your delicious croissants in the morning. The village of Rougiers is approximately 2 km from the residence. Your holiday home is spacious (200 m2) with all areas on the ground floor. The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden and offers a lot of privacy.
The large rectangular swimming pool of 11.5 by 5.5 meters has a walk-in staircase and is descending to 2 meters deep. The pool is safe for children because it is fenced.
Within the fence there are comfortable sun loungers and shady spots.
Adjacent to the villa is a large covered terrace with a large dining table and a portable gas plancha. This terrace offers a view of the fenced swimming pool and landscaped garden with olive trees. This terrace is equipped with a large awning. Next to the house there is also room for a game of petanque (Jeu de boules) and there are lovely spots to have a nice glass under the trees or snooze in the hammock.
There is enough parking space for your car.
