Villa Le Bessillon is a cozy and well-furnished house on its own private property. The house is spacious and on the ground floor, it features an open kitchen adjacent to a dining/living room. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Villa Le Bessillon boasts a beautiful garden and a fenced heated swimming pool facing south, ensuring sunlight at any time of the day. There’s also a large covered terrace for shade. The pool has an organic shape and is recently fenced, making it safe for small children. The spacious garden provides plenty of privacy. The property is peacefully located about 3.5 km from the Provençal village of Lorgues. The stunning view of Mount Le Bessillon, near Cotignac, adds to the villa’s charm.

INTERIOR

Villa Le Bessillon is a nice and cozy house on a private plot of 4000m2. The house is spacious and has on the ground floor an open kitchen with attached dining / living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, 4-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, large american fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bright living room has a dining table, lounge area with TV (international channels), DVD, radio / CD player, fire place and wireless internet. From both the living room, dining room and kitchen are French doors to the partly covered terrace. From the living room there is a nice view of Mount Le Bessillon near to Cotignac. Also the sunset is beautiful here! The living room is equipped with air conditioning, which heats and cools both.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. These rooms share a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The other bedroom is on the first floor and has a private bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom has French doors to a large roof terrace.

EXTERIOR

Villa Le Bessillon has a beautiful garden of 4000m2 with a private heated swimming pool. The pool has an organic shape and is about 8*4m. There are plenty of lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and a charcoal grill. A bowling alley and a playground for children is available in the garden.

There is sufficient parking available in front of the property for about 3 to 4 cars. In the house are two full golf sets available for use by tenants who has a golf licence. There are several golf courses available in the region (see activities on our website).

It enjoys a very quiet location on a dead end road. The property is located between St Antonin du Var and Lorgues, 3,5 kilometers from the village of Lorgues where you will find a baker, butcher, fishmonger, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. In the area there are many wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. Highly recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are situated 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon / Hyers are all reachable within one hour.

ACTIVITIES

The house is ideally situated to practise a wide range of activities such as kayaking in the Argens (10 min), cycling/mountain biking and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can play golf (3 golf courses in the vicinity), tennis and horseback riding. Approximately 35 minutes away you will find the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for mountaineering, mountain biking, canoeing, water bikes etc. Beach and sea are reachable within 40 minutes.

In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, Cross-country skiing, golf, walking, mountain-biking, cycling, riding , water sports.

RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE

There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants located in the close surrounding area. A special attraction is the restaurant Bruno in Lorgues, widely known as “The Truffle King”. You can enjoy a glass of rosé in a medieval environment, sitting on an attractive terrace under the plane trees. The environment is also characterized by the many old wine chateaux, where you can taste and buy wine. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must see.
