Villa La Glycine Bleue is a cozy and spacious 6 person villa with a private pool, close to the charming village of Le Luc en Provence. The villa takes its name from the magnificent wisteria (Glycine Bleue) that grows around the house. The villa is situated in a quiet area 800 meters from the center of the village of Le Luc. it has a beautiful private swimming pool with lounge set and plenty of loungers by the pool. There is also a shower by the pool. From the pool you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. Villa le Glycine Bleue is newly incorporated in our offer and the pictures of the property are therefore largely taken in Feb. 2017. In Spring and Summer there is a lot of privacy in the garden since the trees are then in full leaf. At the rear of the house there is a large dining table with barbecue. The dining table can be put next to the house where there is a view of the pool.

Villa La Glycine Bleue is a spacious 6 bedroom villa of approximately 145 m2. Comfort and coziness characterize the house. From the hall you enter the spacious dining / living. There is a large fire place in the sitting area and TV with DVD, wifi internet and a very good B&O sound system. From the 6 person dining table you have a view on the cozy lounge with fire place and through the open doors to the balcony overlooking the valley. The kitchen has a typical Provencal style. It is fully equipped including a 4 burner gas stove, a microwave oven, a good espresso machine, a guying tap for a cold beer! Fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom for 2 people, with TV, Ipod player and ample closet space. It has a private bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway there is a second separate toilet. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom, which is equipped with a bath / shower and a sink. There is a washing machine in the utility room. The livingroom is cooled by a strong aico, whom is able to cool the whole house when doors and windows are shut.

The private pool is about 9×4 meters and has extensive steps, starts at 1.10m depth and runs down to 2.00m, which is also ideal for smaller children. It has 6 sunbeds and a parasol. There are 2 private parking places and 1 place in the garage. The site is enclosed by a fence.
The property is 3 km from the entrance of the highway which makes places like Hyeres, Aix en Provence, Ste Maxime, Frejus, Cannes and Nice very quickly accessible.
