EXTERIOR
Villa Elise is a comfortable villa for 8 persons with a private and heated (26C) swimming pool and is located in a quiet area. On the south side of the house you find the pool and an exterior shower. From this spot, the view over the valley and surrounding woods is magnificent. The partially covered terrace gives pleasant shade and has a large table and electric barbecue. Steps edged with oleanders lead to a second terrace next to the pool, where there are parasols and loungers.
The house is located 3 km from Lorgues where you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher’s, fishmongers, grocer’s as well as restaurants and cafés). Nearby there are plenty of chateaux and historic buildings to visit. Don’t miss the local market on Tuesday mornings. The beaches of Fréjus and St Tropez are a 35 kms drive. Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are an hour’s drive.
INTERIOR
The 4800 m2 terrain is completely fenced and has a beautiful view over the valley. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby. Layout: entrance gate, spacious entrance, guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen with various equipment including American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffeemachine, microwave and stove. Utility room with washing machine.
Spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas, large dining table and flat screen TV (International channels), DVD and stereo. WIFI internet connection is available. There are four spacious bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and doors opening onto a balcony terrace on the west. From here you have beautiful sunsets and panoramic views. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 freestanding beds and en-suite private shower, sink and toilet. This room also has doors to the balcony. The 3rd and 4th bedroom have two single beds and share the 3rd bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink. From the living room there are doors to the partially covered south-facing terrace.
There is a double garage where you can park 1 car. Furthermore, sufficient parking space on the property. The heated private swimming pool of 8x4m is equipped with an aqua alarm system. Present for children: a high chair, baby bed, table football table and dart game. In short, a very complete home with lots of privacy and great views.
