The master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the private terrace overlooking the garden, pool and vineyards. The other bedroom has two single beds as well as a large wardrobe. Baby cot and chair are provided. There’s a shelter for the solar panels in the garden under which the car can be parked, also a charging systems for electric cars.

Villa des Vignes is set in its own fenced grounds of 1500m2 with a lovely garden and panoramic views over the vineyards. There is a large heated pool of 10 x 4m with integrated stairs and an undeep part, ideal for children. There is a pool house with a pergola for shade around the pool, complete with a plancha on gas. There are 4 sunbeds and 2 beach chairs to lay by the pool and several seats in the garden. For children there is a trampoline and swing. Along the full length of the house is a covered terrace to enjoy the view. On the terrace of the house is a large dining table for six people and there’s a bbq on coals. From the terrace there is a path to the private pool. There is an entrance gate and sufficient place to park 2 cars.

Villa des Vignes is located in the rural area of Le Thoronet just 2.5 kilometers from the town center where the bakery shop, butcher and a small supermarket. The larger supermarkets are in Lorgues or Cannet des Maures about 7 km from the property. Well-known village of Lorgues is definitely recommended for the Tuesday morning market and the large supermarkets and numerous terraces and restaurants.
