EXTERIOR
La Guarriguette is a beautifully situated house for 8 people with a lovely terrace and swimming pool. It’s located just a few kilometers from the charming center of Lorgues and nestled among the vineyards. From the spacious terrace and heated private pool, there’s a truly fantastic view of a beautiful natural area, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a glass of rosé. The private grounds, at 4,825 m², feel very spacious and offer complete privacy, with no road or other houses overlooking the property. Moreover, the garden is almost entirely fenced. This beautiful spot immediately evokes a warm Provence atmosphere.
The swimming pool is 8×4 meters and has a maximum depth of 2.40 meters. It can be illuminated in the evenings.
There’s a ping-pong table, plenty of sun loungers, and a barbecue.
Ample parking is available on the property, including two shaded spaces under a canopy.
INTERIOR
The house features a spacious, stylish living room equipped with a TV with Chromecast and Starlink Wi-Fi, ensuring a fast connection. An open-plan kitchen overlooks the pool and is equipped with all modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a double refrigerator, and a filter coffee machine. Doors from the kitchen and dining room also lead to the pool terrace.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower on the ground floor, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms open onto the terrace and garden. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms, and an extra bed for a child is located on the landing. The shared bathroom on the first floor has a shower, and there is another separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lorgues is a lively, medieval village surrounded by vineyards. It is known for its large Tuesday market where you can find an abundance of local products, making it the ideal place for shopping. Additionally, enjoy the atmosphere under the plane trees while relaxing on a terrace or dining in one of the cozy restaurants. This can also be experienced in the picturesque villages nearby, such as Cotignac, Flayosc, and Carcès.
Prefer something more active? There are 3 golf courses in or near Lorgues. And the village is located on the ‘chemin de train des pignes’, an old railway line that is no longer in use and serves as a wonderful bike path between the villages of Lorgues, Flayosc, and Salernes. The Verdon Nature Park and Lac de Sainte Croix are perfect for beautiful walks and water sports.
If you feel like exploring the coast, both Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez are easily reachable within an hour’s drive. Cities like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Aix en Provence are within an hour to an hour and a half drive.
In short, it’s a perfect base for an amazing holiday.

Mooie ligging en prachtig uitzicht, supergezellig huis waar je alle comfort hebt.
Een verborgen pareltje in Lorgues en op wandelafstand van Chateau la Martinette.
Wij hebben hier supergenoten van ons verblijf en raden dit zeker aan!!!
Paar puntjes die het verblijf nog aangenamer zouden maken: meer waterdruk op de douche (indien mogelijk) – steentjes van het zwembad laten repareren (mijn man heeft er zijn teen serieus aan verwond) – meer waterglazen voorzien (voor 8p iets te weinig momenteel) – wasmachine deftig installeren + degelijke waslijn (mss wa dichter) en wasknijpers (vallen uit elkaar en te weinig) – deurklinken controleren (sommige zitten los)

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in La Guarriguette. Het huis en het zwembad zijn heel fijn en de omgeving is schitterend!
