Chateau Saint Esprit is a wine estate that has been in the hands of the same family for years. Recently, the youngest daughter has taken over with her husband and the domain has been completely restored while retaining the unique authenticity.  The domain of 25.000m2 lies in a sloping hilly landscape and the house is built at the highest point. This gives a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and olive trees. There are 4 separate accommodation units for a total of 18 people: an authentic Provençal Mas suitable for 16 people, and a guest house for 2 people.

Chateau saint Esprit can be rented as follows:

1. For 18 people: The entire chateau.
(3 x 6 people in the different parts of the house)

Consisting of:
The left part of the house is suitable for 6 people. There is a very spacious, cozy living room (53m2), a modern fitted kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor this house has 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a double sink, shower, toilet and corner bath. The other bathroom has a shower, single sink and a separate toilet.

The right part of the house is suitable for 12 people (6 people on the first floor + 6 people on the second floor). On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms. There is a double room with private bathroom, with bath / shower combination, sink and toilet. There is also a very spacious room for 4 people with private bathroom. This bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. There is a double bed and a spacious sofa bed, also suitable for 2 people. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with shower and sink. There are also two toilets. On this floor there is also a kitchen and a beautiful spacious balcony

2. For 14 people: The right part of the house + the guest house.

The right part of the house is suitable for 12 people (6 people on the first floor + 6 people on the second floor). On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms. There is a double room with private bathroom, with bath / shower combination, sink and toilet. There is also a very spacious room for 4 people with private bathroom. This bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. There is a double bed and a spacious sofa bed, also suitable for 2 people. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with shower and sink. There are also two toilets. On this floor there is also a kitchen and a beautiful spacious balcony.

The guest house is suitable for 2 people. It is detached, and located 30 meters from the house. Here is a double bed, a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet

3. For 8 people: The right part of the house (first floor) + the guest house.

The right part of the house, with use of the first floor, is suitable for 6 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms. There is a double room with private bathroom, with bath / shower combination, sink and toilet. There is also a very spacious room for 4 people with private bathroom. This bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. There is a double bed and a large sofa bed, also suitable for 2 people.

The guest house is suitable for 2 people. It is detached, and located 30 meters from the house. Here is a double bed, a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.

When renting to 8 or 14 people, the owner lives in the left part of the house. The owners have their own terrace on the north side. The pool and garden are south, so the tenants can enjoy privacy here.

On the 25.000m2 estate you will find a beautifully fenced private swimming pool. It is not only spacious (15 x 5m), but because of its fence it is also safe for children. The pool is surrounded by murier plane trees, oleanders and it has a view of the surrounding vineyard. There are sun loungers and parasols for relaxing a few hours at the pool. There is plenty of space outside for children to play play football and have a good time. On the terrace you can enjoy lunch or a barbecue at the beautiful long tables. There is also sufficient parking space.

Around the house are old oak trees and beautiful plane trees, they are more than 150 years old. This gives the garden a very attractive character.
The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera are easily accessible for a day trip. Think of the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. The towns of Draguignan, Flayosc and les Arcs are all on a distance of 3 km. After a fifty minute drive,  you can reach the beautiful Provençal town of Aix-en-Provence which is definitely worth a visit. For the beach lovers, Saint-Tropez is only an hour away.
