Last update: March 17, 2020
Dear Q Home customers,
We can’t get around it anymore. With the new measures that are being taken worldwide to fight the spread of the Corona virus, Q Home has been hit in its operations too. We are currently working hard to find the right balance between the interests of our customers, our owners and all other parties involved.
Since March 17, 2020, the French government has taken extensive measures to limit the further spread of the virus. Because of this lockdown, staying and travelling within France is limited or even made impossible by the government. Obviously we hope that these measures will have a positive effect soon.
However, we don’t know yet what the situation will look like at the time of your stay. We therefore propose in the first place to wait a bit longer before changing your travel plans until there is more clarity. An update is expected from the French, Belgian and Dutch governments early April. This will provide more clarity for all parties.
As we like to end with a positive note: we are convinced that – counting that all measures taken will help to reduce the coronavirus – the Provence remains an excellent choice as a location to spend your holiday. Renting a detached private villa is a relatively safe option, since only you and your own travel group are staying in the accommodation. In addition, all our houses are accessible by private transport from the Netherlands and Belgium.
We thank you in advance for your patience and wish you and your family good health and all the best.
If you have any questions regarding your personal reservation, please contact us by email (email@example.com).
We would like to keep you informed through this page of any new developments and of course we hope that we can all quickly return to our normal lives, with many sunny outings on top of that!
With kind regards,
Your Q Home team
